In the last 10 years, I've worked in various industries ranging from TelCo, content management to cloud hosting and privacy. I worked on SaaS and PaaS products focusing on the platform (user, billing, subscription management). My main focus is about delivering clean and optimized solutions that align with the business objectives. Though I'm primarily a backend developer and a certified Laravel developer, I do know my way around front-end code.

I started my career by working on legacy PHP systems and in a startup that failed. I worked for a marketing agency that had a single server with over 150 websites. When I left they had a single Digital Ocean instance per site with automated provisioning and deployment thanks to a series of Ansible and bash scripts which slowly migrated to using Laravel Forge.

Since then I've worked for various tech companies working on a marketplace platform and building a cloud hosting platform for a startup. My responsabilities have included mentoring engineers, acting as a liaison between engineering and product teams, refactoring aging APIs, on-call rotations and collaborating with CTOs to help shape the code architecture of projects.
