As CTO of my startup, I led the platform from its first lines of code through to a successful acquisition - responsible for architecture, team, infrastructure, and delivery throughout. I rebuilt the platform from the ground up, containerised the stack, implemented CI/CD pipelines, and grew the client base while maintaining 100% customer retention through COVID.
More recently I re-architected another startup's healthcare platform from a single-tenant MVP into an enterprise-ready product - multi-tenancy, RBAC, SSO - directly enabling them to pursue institutional contracts they couldn't previously reach.
Building software since 2008, Laravel since version 3. I run my own consultancy, manage my own infrastructure, and still write code daily. Worked across healthcare, higher education, public sector, and industrial environments.
