New Feature: Filter by Timezone

Another filter added!

Teams with a paying account can now filter devs by timezone.

Devs pick the exact timezone they reside in when completing their profile, e.g. America/Pacific. Now you can find them based on this detail.

We use a coarse timezone filter, which uses the UTC offset to present a simple set of options. We map these offsets to groups of exact timezones... so for example, you can select UTC-05:00 and you'll find developers in America/Bogota, America/Cayman, America/Detroit, America/New_York timezones, among others.

This might save you from having to select multiple countries, great when you're less concerned about exact location and more about overlapping with your team's working hours.
