Bio
I help Laravel teams move from fragile, founder-driven delivery to stable, scalable execution.
Over the last decade, I’ve led distributed engineering teams, designed delivery systems, and supported organisations in building long-lived Laravel applications that teams can trust.
I focus on clarity between product, engineering, and operations - covering architecture decisions, CI/CD practices, backlog and release management, and sustainable development workflows.
I often work in environments where teams are growing fast, requirements are complex, and predictability matters more than speed alone.
